Designed to seat 350 diners, Lotus Pond is divided into two distinct thematic areas. The ‘Garden’, which is enclosed by a dramatic dragon wall and the ‘Palace’, an area set aside for private, formal dining. The focal point of the garden area is an octagonal pavilion set in a delightful pond. There are also two dining rooms for private gatherings. To ensure authenticity of design, artisans were employed from China. Their expert advice has ensured that Lotus Pond embodies the timeless spirit of the East. Logos on the walls represent prosperity, status and longevity and illuminated Chinese lanterns create a warm inviting atmosphere in the dining areas.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
Enclosed by the sinuous curves of two great dragons, Lotus Pond offers a tempting menu of regional delicacies ranging from shark fin soup and abalone to tasty noodles and magnificent banquets. Lotus Pond has its own Dim Sim and barbeque kitchen in which chefs create an array of mouth-watering meals.
