The Catch at Shoal Bay offers a series of bi-monthly 'Tastes of the Hunter' evenings throughout the year. Guests are invited to indulge in a six course meal prepared by Executive Chef, Patrick Power, enjoy the live entertainment, and most importantly, be educated with commentary by our wine maker of the evening.
