90 minutes drive south of Sydney in the Southern Highlands.

DETAILS
The Briars Inn was originally built in 1845 and is a fine example of Georgian colonial architecture. Many Sydneysiders will take the drive to the Southern Highlands for a the day to escape the rat race and to enjoy the country air and the warm hospitality.

RESTAURANT
The Bistro is renowned for its fine country food at reasonable prices. The menu features a tantalising range of local fresh steaks, fresh seafood delivered daily from the coast and a choice of country roasts with a wide range of sauces, salads and vegetables to choose from. The rustic main dining room and courtyard are perfect for hosting a long leisurely lunch with friends or the family. Children are well catered for with a play area well in sight.

Briars Lodge offers comfortable modern accommodation with 30 luxuriously appointed suites each with panoramic views and French doors opening up onto the garden.

Conference Facilities at the Lodge
The Lodge provides full conference facilities with a main conference room seating up to 100 or a smaller conference room suitable for boardroom style meetings. A perfect choice for your corporate functions, whether a product launch, book release & media announcements.
