Toast the festive season at Wine Selectors’ Christmas Wine Tasting at the iconic Bell Tower in Perth. Expert wine educator Chris Barnes will host the event and talk guests through the brilliant selection of wines on offer. Savour French Champagne on arrival and nibble on a fine selection of hors d’oeuvres matched to the finest quality wines from the Wine Selectors’ Winemakers Series. Perth’s Beaumonde Catering will put on a fabulous spread, including chicken, spinach and chestnut wontons with sweet soy dipping sauce, tasty asparagus, red pepper and parmesan tarts, and pleasing prawn and avocado sushi rolls with soy dipping sauce. Continue the indulgence with mouth-watering miniature beef and shiitake mushroom pies and miniature seafood pies dressed in a saffron potato crust.
After sipping on some of the best bottles, and discussing the finer points of their composition with Barnes, browse the many wines available for purchase at Wine Selectors prices. As one of the country’s leading wine educators, Barnes will share his extensive knowledge and 20 years of experience with attendees. Join the fun from 6pm to 8pm on Thursday, 27 November in the Bell Tower, a grand structure overlooking the Swan River and Perth cityscape.
